This Privacy Notice explains how Perth Thursday FC, a trading name operated by Lucas Braceras ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data. For the data we handle, Lucas Braceras is the data controller.

- Account details — your name and email address used to sign in.
- Player & match data — your availability, the teams you're on, goals, results and stats.
- Payment records — which matches you've paid for and the amount (card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us).
- Technical data — basic usage and device information needed to run the app and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- to create and manage your account;
- to organise matches — confirming who's playing, building teams and recording results and stats;
- to track who has paid their share of the pitch fee;
- to keep the app secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
- to fix problems and improve the app.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our agreement with you (running the app and handling match fees) and on the basis of our legitimate interests in organising the games and keeping the service secure. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment processor, for securely processing card payments on our behalf;
- Service providers that host and operate the app (hosting, database and authentication);
- authorities or professional advisers where we are required to by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you take part in the group and as needed to keep accurate match and payment records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, contact Lucas Braceras through the group.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls and encryption in transit — to protect your data.
Cookies
The app uses only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
