These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Perth Thursday FC ("the app", "the service"). Perth Thursday FC is a trading name operated by Lucas Braceras ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, marking your availability, or paying a match fee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Perth Thursday FC is
Perth Thursday FC is a private app for a group of friends who play a recreational weekly football match. It is used to confirm who is playing, build balanced teams, record results and stats, and collect each player's share of the pitch rental. Match fees are simply a way for players to split the cost of hiring the pitch — this is a social activity run between friends, not a commercial club.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country to enter into these terms and to make payments. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
- send spam or interfere with other players' use of the app;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or upload content you do not have the rights to;
- attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping data.
Match fees and payments
Match fees represent your contribution towards the cost of renting the pitch for a given match. Perth Thursday FC is the seller for these payments. Card payments are processed securely on our behalf by our payment processor, Stripe — Stripe is not the seller and does not take on the sale. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the app and everything that makes it up, including its software, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove access to the app for any player who materially breaches these terms, does not pay their share, or creates a security or fraud risk, or in the case of repeated or serious policy violations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
